敵を愛しなさい。
これは、 心で無理やり好きになれ、 という意味ではないと思っています。
憎しみを憎しみで返した先に、 何が残るのか。
攻撃されたから攻撃し返す。 奪われたから奪い返す。 憎まれたから憎み返す。
その連鎖の先で、 本当に守りたかったものまで壊れてしまうことを、 私たちは想像できているでしょうか。
敵を愛するとは、 弱さではありません。
相手を正当化することでもありません。 罪を見逃すことでもありません。 被害をなかったことにすることでもありません。
それでも、 憎しみに自分の魂を明け渡さないこと。
真理を知り、 愛するものを本当に守るために、 復讐ではない道を選ぶこと。

What I wanted to share through this song and radio episode was this:
Don’t look only at the outside. Look at the life within.
But this is not only about appearance.
What if the person is someone you dislike? Someone who hurt you? Someone who hurt someone precious to you? Or even someone you see as your enemy?
In that moment, are you seeing them only as a label called “enemy”?
Jesus said,
Love your enemies.
I don’t think this means forcing your heart to like them.
But when hatred is returned with hatred, what is left in the end?
If we attack because we were attacked, take back because something was taken, hate because we were hated…
can we truly imagine that, at the end of that chain, even the things we wanted to protect may be broken?
Loving your enemy is not weakness.
It does not mean justifying what they did. It does not mean overlooking sin. It does not mean pretending the harm never happened.
And still, it means not handing your soul over to hatred.
To know the truth, and to protect what you truly love, by choosing a path that is not revenge.
