今朝はちょっとひんやりしていますが、午後からはやっと27℃まで上がるということで、やっと暖かくなってきましたね🌺
午後に少し外出の予定があるので、春の空気の中で動けそうで、なんかそれだけでちょっと嬉しいです😊
今朝、聖書アプリにこの御言葉が届きましたのでシェアします。
『この人による以外に救はない。わたしたちを救いうる名は、これを別にしては、天下のだれにも与えられていないからである』 使徒行伝 4:12 口語訳
なかなか、クリスチャンじゃないとスルーしてしまいそうなくらい、強い言葉ですよね👆️
でも、これを見るたびに思うんです。 あ、ここは持論ですよ🤗
救いや幸せって、自分でどうにかして掴み取るものじゃないんじゃないかなって思うんです。
不安になると、別の何かに頼りたくなるじゃないですか🤔 苦しいときほど、心があちこちに散っていくというか…
でもこの言葉は、そんな心の向きを静かに戻してくれる感じがするんです。
古代ギリシャの哲学者エピクテトスは…
『人は出来事そのものではなく、それをどう受け止めるかによって揺さぶられる』
というようなことを語りました。
たぶんこれも、少し似ている気がするんですよね。
外側に安心材料を増やし続けることよりも、心の向き先を整えること😌
何を土台にして立つのかを見つめ直すこと。
そういうところに、救いとか平安って近づいてくるのかもしれません。
焦らず。 握りしめすぎず。 心の向きを、愛と平安のほうへ🙏
皆様の一日が守られますように。 外にいても、家にいても、心の内側に静かな安心がありますように。

Good morning, everyone ☀ I'm Harapeko Soryo 🤗
It feels a little chilly this morning, but the temperature is finally expected to rise to 27°C this afternoon, so it really feels like it’s getting warmer at last 🌺
I have a small outing planned for this afternoon, and just the thought of moving around in the spring air makes me a little happy 😊
This morning, this verse was sent to me through my Bible app, so I wanted to share it with you.
“There is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved.” Acts 4:12
It’s quite a strong verse, isn’t it? Honestly, if you’re not Christian, it might be the kind of verse you would just scroll past 👆️
But every time I read it, I find myself thinking this. And this part is just my own reflection 🤗
Maybe salvation and happiness are not things we can somehow seize by our own strength.
When we feel anxious, we tend to want to rely on something else, don’t we? 🤔 Especially in painful times, our hearts start scattering in every direction…
But somehow, this verse feels like it quietly brings the direction of my heart back into place.
The ancient Greek philosopher Epictetus said something like this:
“It is not things themselves that disturb us, but the way we perceive them.”
I feel like this is a little similar.
More than endlessly adding things on the outside to make ourselves feel secure, what matters may be to realign the direction of our hearts 😌
To look again at what kind of foundation we are standing on.
Maybe that is where salvation and peace begin to draw near.
Don’t rush. Don’t hold on too tightly. Let your heart turn toward love and peace 🙏
May your day be protected. Whether you are outside or at home, may there be a quiet sense of peace within your heart.
